The School Nutrition Association of Louisiana (formerly American School Food Service Association of Louisiana) is a nonprofit professional organization founded in 1954. SNAL has 77 local chapters across the state of Louisiana and more than 3,000 members who provide high-quality, low-cost meals to students across the state of Louisiana. SNAL brings a unique, firsthand perspective to child nutrition issues.
